Chatbot for customer service
Chatbots are useful for customer service because they can provide 24/7 support, answer simple and complex questions, and help customers resolve issues quickly. They can also be used to collect customer feedback and track customer interactions more efficiently. Overall, it is a new way for your customers to interact with your services.
Churn prediction
Churn prediction will allow Devoteam to identify customers that are at risk for cancelling their subscription. These customers can then get targeted with promotions to make sure they do not churn.
